NOTES (Please read before booking)

Prior to booking, please consult with the photographer for availability and specific details by emailing him at photo@edmaximus.com . 

A retainer of 50% from the selected package must be paid during booking. It is non-refundable but transferable if the shoot is cancelled 5 days prior to the initial date and rescheduled within 30 days of the original booking date.  Otherwise a  rescheduling fee of $200 will apply or the retainer will be forfeited. 

If traveling is involved for the rescheduled shoot, client will need to either come to the photographer's based location or pay the traveling cost including accommodation for the photographer to come to them.

Final payment must be made by the day that service is rendered. This can be done in cash or via this page. If using this page, select the appropriate product, add to cart, and check out to proceed to paypal. 

Clients are responsible for their own hair, makeup, and wardrobe unless that service is included in package or as an option.  Assistance in term of what to bring is available if needed. Hair and makeup must be kept on the natural side with an emphasis on clean skin in order to achieve the best images. 

Looks are defined by the overall direction of the photography. Some looks might use the same  wardrobe but styled differently. For family portraits of 2 people, 3 looks consist of the same wardrobe worn for individual images and group shot. 

After the shoot, the photographer will narrow down all the photos to a small selection and send a pdf contact sheet or a link to online proof page for client to select the ones that need to be retouched. 

The initial selection for retouching needs to be sent back by client within 1 week and the final retouched images will be sent to the client as jpeg via email within 2 weeks after. 

Prints can be purchased upon request.
