NOTES

These shoots are designated for individual clients looking to build their portfolio. Prior to booking, please consult with the photographer for availability and specific details by emailing him at photo@edmaximus.com . 

Portrait Package consist mostly of beauty and portrait style images. For this package, you are responsible for your own wardrobe.  Assistance in term of what to bring is available if needed.   Portfolio Package is a mix of beauty, portrait, and editorial photos. A full team will be there to make sure you get the best quality of images possible.

A retainer of $400 from the selected package must be paid during booking. It is non-refundable but transferable if the shoot is cancelled 5 days prior to the initial date and rescheduled within 15 days of the original booking date.  Otherwise a  rescheduling fee of $200 will apply or the retainer will be forfeited. 

Final payment must be made at least 24 hours before service is rendered.  Payment plan is available upon request. 

Looks are defined by the overall direction of the photography. Some looks might use the same pieces of wardrobe but styled differently. 

Hair and makeup generally needs to be on the natural side to represent you as best as possible. If you are looking for a particular look, discuss that with the photographer prior to booking and he will have the hairstylist or makeup artist accommodate your request. 

After the shoot, the photographer will narrow down all the photos to a manageable selection and send a pdf contact sheet to you (within 48 hours) to select the ones that need to be retouched. 

Your selection for retouching needs to be sent back to the photographer within a week. You will then receive the final retouched images via email within 2 -3 weeks.  

No refund can be provided after service is rendered. The photographer and his team will always do their utmost to provide you their professional service along with the best quality of images possible. If you are not satisfied with the result, please consult with the photographer for a possible resolution.
